■ initiate a Payment Transaction

We also collect your Personal Information from others, including your payment service providers such as your financial institution, PayPal or Dwolla who assist you in depositing funds into your account.

Companies not related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.

■ CoinX uses nonaffiliated third parties to assist it in providing the CoinX service.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

■ CoinX currently has no joint marketing agreements but reserves the right to do so in the future.
